Good service, parking onsite. Particularly nice breakfast to star a day with best " Espresso " coffe in town and flavoured water. Excellent and lovely location in a downtown area, close to the pier for a cruise to the islands, Malpensa airport and the train station and the lake.

I booked a new-fashioned and en suite room complete with a beautiful balcony, the cleanliness of everything-floors, as for instance. All of the staff was amazingly efficient and knowledgeable and attentive to guests. The hotel had a very central location on the lake front.

Location close to railway station and lake, magnificent Lake Maggiore/Stresa and the cable car. Exceptionally comfortable bed in an adequate and generally clean room. Excellent service during our stay.

The location of this hotel was perfect, as it was just a short walk to the center of the town with its great restaurants and shops. Additionally, being so close to the beautiful Lake Maggiore was a lovely bonus.

This hotel is ideally located within a short distance of the train station and the center of town. It's also just a stone's throw from the shoreline, which offers lovely views. Rooms have basic facilities but are clean and functional, with some boasting balconies providing a wonderful view of the lake and the surrounding hills/mountains. Breakfast is included in the price and is tasty with a good selection of items available. The lift works efficiently and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The room cleaning could have been improved, with accumulated dust and fluff evident, especially on the bedside tables and in the corners.

Friendly helpful staff. Great location between the railway station and the lakefront. Easy walk to the shops and good restaurants, ferries and buses. Comfortable topfloor room with two balconies with great views to the lake and islands and mountains beyond. Generally quiet location with some noise from passing trains at night if the the soundproof doors are not shut, other traffic noise minimal. Stresa is a lovely location with many gardens and an historical centre easily walkable from this hotel.

The breakfasts were quite adequate but some variety in the fruit and cereals offered would be suggested.

The location of this hotel is perfect. We were able to easily walk to the pier for a cruise to the islands and also enjoy the promenade along the lake. The breakfast served at the hotel was amazing with a wide variety of options. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff.
